Welcome to Warmingham

A Village and a Parish in South Cheshire

Village Plan Action Group; Home
The Warmingham Village Plan Action Group was re-formed after a public meeting in January, which Bron Kerrigan, the Parish Plans Development officer from Cheshire Community Action, addressed.
There is a core of 8 members who currently meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. The group will try to address some of the remaining action points from the Village Plan produced in 2006.

Currently the group has been able to secure a grant from Cheshire County Council (now replaced by Cheshire East Borough) with the help of Cheshire Community Council to employ a consultant to produce a design which will improve the public space around the Village Hall and help to reduce traffic speed through the village.

In order to make successful bids for grant funding, it helps to be able to show evidence of community fund-raising.

So watch out for events in the coming months and please give them your support!..
